Hi, I'm Sarah - the founder of Trust & Legacy, and an experienced trust and estate planning lawyer. Thank you so much for coming by.
Throughout most of my career, I have specialised in trusts and estate planning and love this area of work.
Outside of law, I'm lucky to have a wonderful young family and enjoy keeping active. I am also completing my Masters in Psychology and value the 'human side' of law just as much as legal excellence.
After working in traditional law firms, I noticed a gap in collaborative, holistic services - both for busy professionals needing support, and everyday clients struggling with the formality of legal work.

I founded Trust & Legacy to create something different.
My goal is to create legal services which are genuinely tailored to suit you. Whether that's relaxed home-based meetings, hit-the-ground-running locum support, or collaborating with a team of professionals, I would love to help.
Giving back is also a key part of the business. I run free community legal sessions, support local charities, and offer pro bono work for people in need. When you work with Trust & Legacy, whether as a professional or individual client, you're helping give back to the community and assist people who might otherwise miss out.
